MIKE MADSEN, Vice President of National Security Solutions, strider

Mike Madsen, Vice President of National Security Solutions, leads a team dedicated to optimizing solution delivery to the public sector, national security enterprise, and international partners. With extensive experience, including roles as Deputy Director of the Defense Innovation Unit and Executive Director for the Section 809 Congressional Advisory Panel, Mike brings expertise in streamlining defense acquisition. A retired Air Force officer, Mike holds multiple master's degrees and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.


 

Vince Zieser, Director, Solutions Engineering, strider

Vince Zieser, Director of Solutions Engineering at Strider Technologies, leads a team dedicated to advising corporate executives on safeguarding their intellectual property from state-sponsored threats. With 14 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, including roles as Executive Officer in Bahrain and Commanding Officer on various missions, Vince brings extensive leadership experience to his current role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Coast Guard Academy and a Master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Motivated Operations Leader with 12 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, quality, and production engineering. Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into data-driven objectives and plans, communicate effectively at all levels, lead diverse multi‐functional teams, and partner with suppliers and other stakeholders to drive innovative process improvements. 9-year US Army veteran.


 

 

Allison Knopf, Global Purchasing Agent, BRINC DRONES

With over 12 years of experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain, Allison began her journey on the production floor. She was able to work her way up and into Planning, Material Planning, and Procurement roles supporting various programs within Aerospace and Space. In her current position with Brinc she has been an integral force in development of purchasing systems with dedication, consistency, as well as nurturing supplier relationships.


 

Venessa Osborne, Head of Operations & Supply Chain, brinc drones

Venessa Osborne is a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 25 years of aerospace experience. Transitioning from military service to civilian roles, she excelled as a Manufacturing Engineer on the Boeing 787 Program, surpassing key results in engineering, production, and quality roles. At Amazon, she developed and implemented a root cause and corrective action system, significantly reducing transportation costs. Venessa then led significant savings at Lockheed Martin Space before joining BRINC Drones as Head of Operations and Supply Chain. She holds degrees in electrical and computer engineering and business administration, and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt dedicated to mentoring veterans in the civilian workforce. 


Brianna yi, Acquisitions Lead Specialist &

Small Business Program Manager, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory

Brianna Yi is a Senior Contracts Specialist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, operated by Battelle Memorial Institute for the US Department of Energy (DOE). Brianna has over 15 years of contracting experience, including experience in a wide variety of specialized areas. Her primary focuses are on acquisition compliance, performance management, and procurement systems as well as providing support in the role of Small Business Program Manager. She also specializes in strategic sourcing as Past Chair of DOE’s Integrated Contractor Procurement Team Steering Committee.

TRAVIS MOoRE, president, Jemco Components and Fabrication, Inc.

Travis Moore, President of Jemco Components & Fabrication, Inc. in Kirkland, Washington, holds degrees in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development. Currently, he is pursuing Aerospace Engineering through MIT's OPEN program. Under his leadership, Jemco's revenue surged from $5 million to over $35 million in just 7 years. Travis specializes in quick-turn machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly for space and defense markets. Outside work, Travis enjoys family time with his wife and four children, aged 9-16.
